Lindo departamento con muy buena vista y muy mal servicio Positive: El departamento y la vista Negative: Primero: al llegar no tenían mi reserva. Tuve que cargar personalmente todos mis datos nuevamente o sea estuve 1 hora haciendo el check-in. Segundo: Me cobraron u$s40/dia de resort fee que no pude utilizar ya que alquilé un departamento para 6 personas y en la playa me daban 1 sombrilla y 2 reposeras y dentro de mi grupo familiar había 3 personas que no podían estar expuestas al sol constante. Por ende tuvimos que ir a otras playas y pagar u$s 60 por día para no tener riesgo de salud. Tercero: ni siquiera nos atendieron bien cuando pedimos una simple reposición de 1 rollo de papel higiénico ya que la única respuesta fue que teníamos que comunicarnos con el propietario por medio de Booking. Y por ultimo al hacer el check-out encima me envían un mensaje para pedir una valoración de 10 estrellas en Booking.com cuando mínimamente tendrían que tener un buen servicio o devolver el importe del resort fee que no están brindando.

Positive: Pool and location Negative: Elevators and key problems

Positive: The view was great, and so was the pool, the beach facilities were regular, with only two beach chairs per apartment, whether it was a 1 or 3 bedroom apartment. Negative: The staff were not very friendly, or helpful. The apartment 1801 has a great view and good spaces, but poorly maintained, and not very clean, and no support if a drain was blocked, or something didn't work, you are totally on your own. We had to buy basic cleaning implements like a broom and a mop. No vacuum cleaner.

l'appartement a besoin de nouveau meubles en urgence, tout est vieux Positive: la situation géographique, au bord de la plage Negative: l'appartement est si 'brisé'', tout est si vieux, encroyble. malheureusement les photos et la réalités sont 2 choses différentes, on a eu même dégat d'eau à 2 reprise en arrivant avec lave vaisselle.
